The Ford ‘Truth About Trucks’ program consists of an in-dealership kiosk and mobile companion application. The kiosk allows customers and sales consultants to learn everything about the Ford F-150 and Super Duty lineup. Additionally, the kiosk contains various ‘tools’ that allow a customer to figure out what truck meets their needs and view the entire dealership inventory virtually. The mobile application is a sales consultant only application that helps analyze the customers needs when they are out on the lot.
Truth About Trucks was developed in Unity 2019 and leveraged the HDRP render pipeline. As Program Manager, my responsibilities included meeting with clients for reviews and feedback, organize and prioritizing the production teams tasks and timelines, meet with the development team on architecture, and manage content with an in-house developed CMS tool.
This project was created by Texel Logic, a Jackson Dawson company and was as a runner-up in the 2020 Unity Awards for Best Project in Automotive, Transportation & Manufacturing
